How high up the ladder can you go in 6:00 of:
10 Double unders
Deadlift (Weight is front squat 1 RM)
**Deadlift will increase by 1 rep each time.  For example: 10 double unders, 1 deadlift, 10 double unders, 2 deadlift, etc. until 6:00 is up
