Mad Skillz & Mobility

1a) 4 x 2 Weighted Pull Ups
1b) 4 x 1 minute plank hold immediately into 30 second flutter kicks
1c) 4 x 15 second ring stability holds
1d) 4 x 16 shoulder touches

Many of you have been going hard day after day, week after week.  So we are making today an either/or kind of day.  You make come in just for mobility!  We will start at the feet and work our way up!
