Sweat FeST 2013 WOD 1 Announcement

Rx:  15:00 time cap to find a 1 RM snatch and overhead squat.  The complex must be completed as a full snatch coming to full lock out at the top immediately followed by a full overhead squat, hips below the knee at the bottom with full lock out at the top.  You may power snatch, however you must still go through the range of motion of two squats for the weight to count.  If you snatch it and do not complete the overhead squat portion of the lift, it's a no rep.  At the 15:00 mark, lifting stops and a 2:00 amrap of double unders begins.  NO SINGLES!


















SCALED: 15:00 time cap to find a 1 RM clean and front squat.  The complex must be completed as a full clean coming to full lock out at the top immediately followed by a full front squat, hips below the knees at the bottom and full lock out at the top.  You may power clean, however you must still go through the range of motion of two squats for the weight to count.  If you clean it and do not complete the front squat portion of the lift, it's a no rep.  At the 15:00 mark, lifting stops and a 2:00 amrap of double unders begins.  If you choose to do singles, we will take your singles score and divide it by 3 to get your double unders score.
