Strength and Mobility

Mobility until you puke! We have all mobility listed on the whiteboard for after your squatting.  Great locations to find mobility are "Mobility Wod" (there's a link on the right side) and an app called "Mobilize Me".  The Games will be playing in the gym all afternoon.  Just a reminder that we will be having a Games Party at Shelley and Todd's house on Saturday.  Everyone is invited!

1) Back Squat 8x4 @ 80%
*If last week’s squats were all easy, and you had zero problem with any reps, you may add between 5 & 10# this week. However, do not increase more than 15-20 total #'s from the first week.
