1b) 4x4 Ring Dip, Ring Negative, or Ring Stability
1c) 4x8 Seated DB Press (heavy as possible but unbroken)
1d) 4x10 1 arm DB or KB Row (heavy as possible, 10 each arm)
1e) 4xME Handstand hold

Fe Gamers
1) 3x3 1 1/4 Front Squats (heavy as possible)
2a) 4xME handstand walk
2b) 4x2 Weighted Ring Dip
2c) 4x8 Seated DB Press
2d) 4x10 1 arm db or kb row
2e) 4x5 strict chest to bar pull ups
