FeRRUM's Power Total

1) Back Squat 1 RM
2) Floor Press 1 RM
3) Deadlift 1 RM

*Once warmed up, you will be allowed 3 attempts to find your 1 RM.  If you fail, that counts as an attempt.

Tip of the Day
Know your abilities.  Set yourself up for success.  Do not just 50-75 lbs unless you know 100% that you can get it easily.  1 RM's increase by 5-10 lbs at a time.  Always plan for success!
