Tip of the Day
If you find that your lacking in the cardio department, take an honest look at your nutrition.  You cannot out work bad nutrition.  Products such as dairy, produce a mucus response causing breathing difficulty.  Other factors that will make it hard to catch your breath include, fried foods, alcohol, and dehydration.
