Recovery Day

Not for time:
1) 100 band face pulls
2) 100 seated banded good mornings
3) 100 banded hamstring curls
4) 1 mile sled walk

Tip of the Day
Active recovery and rest days should always be a part of your program.  Your body needs time to rebuild from the stress of working out.  You will come back stronger, with a renewed intensity level.
