Tip of the Day
The goal for this WOD is to move fast, hence, going unbroken on the overhead squats.  The best way to accomplish strong, repetitive overhead squats is to have active shoulders throughout the entire squat.  Keep pushing that bar toward the ceiling and focus straight ahead.
