"Fight Gone Bad"
3 Rounds for max reps with 1 minute break between rounds of:
1 minute wall balls (20/14)
1 minute sumo deadlift high pull (75/55)
1 minute box jumps (20)
1 minute push press (75/55)
1 minute cals on rower

Tip of the Day
The key to a successful "Fight" is consistency.  Ideally, you would like all three rounds to be similar.  Pick a game plan and stick to it.  The last thing you want in FGB is a score like this: 155, 80, 52.
