For Rounds and Reps:
1) Push Up Ladder
Rest 5:00
2) Hang Power Clean Ladder (1/2 bodyweight)

*In minute 1, complete 1 push up
In minute 2, complete 2 push ups
In minute 3, complete 3 push ups
*Continue in this fashion until you cannot complete all of the reps for that round in one minute.
*Same scheme goes for the hang power cleans

Tip of the Day
This hits hard, fast.  Start breaking up your rounds before you think you need to.  This will save you from muscle exhaustion before you completely fail and are forced to do one rep at a time.
