It's easy this time of year, to put nutrition and fitness on hold while you focus on treats.  Do not let the holiday season be a set back for your health goals, no excuses.  Why "restart" in January when you can continue the successful progress you have had all year.   December is a month that can prep you for the new year.  Start 2015 kicking butt, not rebuilding.
