8 alternating pistol squats
8 push ups
8 deadlifts (155/105)

Tip of the Day
The way you run could be the reason why you hate running.  If your running form is poor, you could be working twice as hard as you need to be.  Poor form in running can be just as detrimental as poor form on your deadlift, it can wear you out and eventually lead to injury.  Ask Coach Adam when his next Endurance class is starting and fix your form.  Make running a strength instead of a weakness!
