Tip of the Day
Olympic lifting requires hours of practice, lots of explosive power, and near perfect timing.  In order to have a strong squat clean, you need a strong front squat.  If you can front squat it, technically, you should be able to squat clean it.  If you have limitations in your front squat, mobility for example, you will have those same limitations in your squat clean.  Work on your timing, mobility, and strength and your squat clean number will improve.
