Tip of the Day
What do all top athletes have in common?  Grip strength.  Weather it's unbroken pull ups, toes to bar,  or olympic lifts, top athletes can maintain their hold on the bar for extended periods of time.  Grip strength, just like everything else, must be trained.  Happy carrying!
