Tip of the Day
Mobility!  If you are not spending any time to your mobility on a daily basis, you're hurting yourself.  You are only as strong as you are mobile.  If you have bad hip/knee/ankle mobility then you have trouble squatting in any way, heavy or light.  Be honest with yourself about your limitations and then make a plan of action to fix them.  Speaking from experience, they will not go away on their own!
