1 RM Pin Deadlift from top of shins (set J-cups so the bar starts at the top of your shins)

Accessories
2 rounds:
1a) 10 bulgarian split squats (per leg)
1b) 50 kb side bends

WOD
For Time:
100 Russian KB swings (1.5/1)
*EMOM stop where you are and complete 5 push ups
*WOD starts with push ups

Tip of the Day
If you train the same way all the time, you will stop seeing progress.  By changing the movements, the barbell placement, the resistance, the accessories, the time domain, etc., you will continue to see progress in each of our 10 general physical skills.  Trust the program and listen to your coaches.
