Recovery WOD

In two person teams:
For Time:
500 cal row

*While athlete 1 is rowing, athlete 2 is working on:
100 banded tricep press downs
100 band pull aparts
100 banded good mornings

Post WOD
1 mile sled walk (70/45)

Tip of the Day
The body needs time to heal.  The body also needs blood flow to heal.  By rushing blood to a specific area, it will speed up your recovery time.  Doing high rep, light band work will work miracles on your aches and pains.
