For Time:
30 med ball cleans (20/14)
30 ring dips
30 med ball cleans
30 chest to bar pull ups
30 med ball cleans
30 push ups
30 med ball cleans

Tip of the Day
The goal for this WOD is to keep a steady pace and minimize your breaks.  Break your work into manageable sets and do not work until complete failure.  Working until failure means much longer rest periods for recovery.  Have a game plan and stick with it.
