Tip of the Day
How do you string together more than 2 double unders? RELAX! A lot of you try to spin a jump rope like a 185# barbell.  It doesn't weigh that much so why are you trying so hard to spin it?  Relax your grip, control your breathing, and calm down.  A speed rope is designed to spin, flip it from your wrist and let your rope do it's job.
