Tip of the Day
Kettlebells are an awesome training tool for multiple reasons.  It is used in the kettlebell swing as a posterior chain strengthener.  In movements such as the turkish get up and the movements in our WOD today, it is used for stability and power.  If you're looking for rehab exercises for joint stability, do some research on the benefits of kettlebell training.
