Tip of the Day
When completing long farmers carries, your midline stability is an important component.  Remember to keep those shoulders back and that rib cage tucked toward your hips to maintain your posture.  This will protect your back and make for a smoother carry.  Your grip is a totally different topic.  Hang on tight.
