Tip of the Day
The handstand push up is one of the coolest movements ever! You're upside down, doing push ups which is something that 90% of the world is unable to do.  Are you dying to add handstand push ups to your arsenal?  Work on your presses.  Dumbbell presses are an awesome accessory to strengthen your overhead position for the handstand.  Learn to do the handstand push up strict before you kip.  This will save you a massive headache in the future.  P.S.
