Skill Work

2 Rounds:
1a) 10 singles into 10 double unders
1b) Kipping practice - 10 Banana - Gymnast

WOD
4 RFT
40 Double unders
400 m run
40 sit ups

Tip of the Day
One way to overcome your mental issues with double unders is to change the way you think about them.  Set "unbroken" goals.  Start small and work your way up.  For example, do 5 unbroken, then 10, then 15.  If you break, start over and keep trying until you achieve your goal.  This puts positive goals into your double under practice and WOD's.
