800 m sled walk for recovery (light enough to be unbroken)

Tip of the Day
The secret to a successful WOD today will rely on your ability to transition from the front squat, straight into the shoulder to overhead without dropping the bar.  Keep those elbows up high in your front squat to save your shoulders a bit for the overhead.  If your chest or elbows drop, even a little, you're going to find yourself dropping the bar to give those traps a break.
