Tip of the Day
WOD's with large numbers can be intimidating.  Knowing your work capacity can make large numbers less stressful.  Pay attention to your where you fatigue and where you need to break.  As you get closer to the end of a WOD, train your mental toughness to go unbroken instead of taking unneeded rest.
