WOD

20 minute EMOM for completion:
Even minutes: 5 Unbroken Touch and Go Power Snatches (as heavy as possible)
Odd minutes:  5 Russian KB swings + 5 KB snatches Right + 5 KB snatches Left

Tip of the Day
Today is a great day to practice your technique of cycling a barbell.  Your goal should be 5 identical snatches.  This will serve you well if you are participating in the Open.  Our schedule for the Open will be:  we will program the WOD for Friday AND Saturday this week.  Also, there are 4 boxes in town hosting the WOD at 6:30 on Friday night.  If you would like to participate, register at www.southeastfitness.com for the box of your choice.  Game on!
