Tip of the Day
Rope climbs with proper foot and leg work, will suddenly become easier and far more fun.  When climbing, think about doing a tuck.  Do your best to pull your legs up as high as possible before clamping the rope with your feet.  If you climb by just moving your feet slowly up the rope, it's going to take you twice as long.  Do a tuck, bite the rope with your feet.
