Tip of the Day
Bar facing burpees can be a game changer.  The athlete who knows how to manage their foot placement, will fly through them.  When you come up off the floor, use your hips to pull your feet as close to the bar as you can.  If you can accomplish this, you will only need to hop over the bar instead of taking an extra step to get closer to the bar before you jump.
