1b) 12 close grip DB press (palms facing each other and DB's touching)
1c) 20 rear delt raise

Tip of the Day
Triceps are an important part of your lock out position.  Stronger triceps equal a fast lock out on movements such as, push ups, handstand push ups, and all over head presses.  This is why we have tricep specific accessory days.  Train your weaknesses!
