Tip of the Day
Well hello Diane with some box jumps wedged in the middle.  If you know how your body handled your last attempt at Diane, this will be similar but the box jumps will tax your hips for the handstand push ups.  So, if you bombed on the last half of Diane, try breaking up your movements a earlier in the WOD.  Smaller sets in the beginning lead to a stronger finish.
