Tip of the Day
High rep, light weight snatches can either be a lot of fun or a total shoulder burner.  Just because they are light weight doesn't mean you should muscle snatch all of them.  Work on dropping under the bar from the beginning, even at light weight, and your shoulders will still feel good on round 3.
