2a) 10 Barbell hip bridges with shoulders on a bench
2b) 25 DB Side Bends

10 Lateral Burpees

Tip of the Day
The overhead squat is the king of all squats.  It is our #1 core building exercise!  It is also the best movement for detecting mobility and movement issues.  Mobilize your shoulders and then remember our tips about your shoulder blades.  Setting your shoulders is the most important part of the overhead squat.
