Tip of the Day
Do you know anything about the damper setting on the rower?  Do you set it to 10 no matter what you're doing?  Setting your damper too high sets you up for predictable failure.  If you are a guy, try rowing this 2k on a 6 and if you're a chick try rowing on a 4.  Tell your coach if you notice a difference.
