1) 6x3 Pause back squats (2-3 second pause at the bottom) @ 60%
2) 8x1 Banded Deadlift @ 50% bar weight + 30% band tension

Accessories
2 x 10 (per leg) DB deficit bulgarian split squats

WOD
4 Rounds:
1 min max rep burpees
1 min max rep clean & jerks (155/105)
1 min rest
*Burpees + Clean & Jerks = total score
*Compare to 6-30-14 and 7-16-13

Tip of the Day
For this WOD, make your goal to complete the same number of reps or more each round.  If you kill the first round, you have three more rounds to kill after that.  Always finish stronger than you start!
