*Add 1 Clean and Jerk every minute until you cannot complete all the work in that minute.

Tip of the Day
At lighter weights on a clean and jerk, work on transitioning from your clean straight into your jerk.  Do your best to eliminate the pause at the shoulders in the rack position.
