10:00 on the clock
100 air squat buy in
Amrap in remaining time of:
200 m run
5 Tire flips

Post WOD
6 x 100 m sled walk

Tip of the Day
Tire flipping is a lot of fun! It starts out similar to a deadlift, however, you want to start driving yourself into the tire as soon as possible.  This will help you get one leg under the tire to help lift it and drive it over.  Oh, and do not wear nice clothing!
