3 RFT:
10 burpees
200 m run
30 sit ups
40 lunges
50 double unders

Post WOD
4x25 each side, banded oblique twists

Tip of the Day
During deload week, take extra time to do mobility and work on things that you need to practice.  During deload week, we let the central nervous system recover from powerlifting and accessories.  This is an excellent time to recover and mobilize.
