Tip of the Day
Make sure you reset at the bottom of your deadlifts.  With the weight being this light, it's easy to forget that your hamstrings need to reload at the bottom.  However, your back will conveniently remind you about half way through.  Reset your legs and save yourself a lot of back pain.
