Tip of the Day
Someone once told me, "you need to figure out a way to be completely relaxed in your workouts without falling asleep."  Well that's the biggest oxymoron, EVER! Or is it?  Think about this, what if you could keep your heart rate under control, have smooth and patterned breathing, clear your mind of all thought except for your task at hand, and just move fluently? Some people call this "the zone" or the "pain cave".  Whatever you want to call it, it's a state of mind where you are so focused on what you're doing that you feel no pain, you hear nothing, your heart rate and breathing just come naturally, and you move effortlessly as fast as you want.  It's a state of mind.  Practice it today.
