Tip of the Day
Your natural tendency when coming off the rower will be to rest.  It would be to your advantage to step off the rower and immediately lay on the ground.  That way you are half way through your first burpee and it will be easier to make yourself work.  As opposed to sitting on the rower and questioning the meaning of life.
