Tip of the Day
With all the pulling in todays WOD you need to be very efficient at both movements.  For the snatch, the bar needs to hit your body in the exact same spot each time.  For the rope climb, your feet will be super important!  Bite the rope hard with your feet and walk your way up it instead of pulling with your arms the entire 15 feet.
