1) 10 x 2 box squat @ 50% of 1 RM + 25% band tension (blue/red)
2) 8 x 1 banded sumo deadlift @ 50% of 1 RM + 30% band tension

Tip of the Day
The 20 minute amrap is like a marathon in CrossFit world.  You need to mentally prepare yourself for the long haul, embrace the suck, so to speak.  One way to do this is to tell yourself to start at a decent pace and just keep moving.  You can always get one more rep in.
