Tip of the Day
Do your Olympic lifts feel slow, powerless, and inconsistent?  Chances are you have 2 things missing from your lifts.  The first is "speed through the middle".  Coach Burgener emphasizes practicing your speed through the middle, meaning the mid thigh to the hip.  This is your power house!  The second thing that is off in your lifts is your consistency for where the bar brushes your body.  On the clean it should brush your thigh.  In the snatch, it should hit your hips/low abdomen.  Most importantly, the bar should hit these spots on EVERY lift!
