1b) 5 Strict pull ups (weighted if proficient)
1c) 25 per side DB side bends

400 m Run
10 Toes to bar
8 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

Tip of the Day
The hollow rock is the most sound, fundamental gymnastics position there is.  If you can hold and maintain your hollow body position, all of your gymnastics movements improve.  You will become more efficient and you will find that you move faster with less effort.
