Tip of the Day
Handstand push ups are a cool movement.  A very small percentage of the population can do a handstand and an even smaller percentage can do handstand push ups.  However, before you go bashing your head into the ground over and over, you need to have the proper strength prerequisite.  If you want to do kipping handstand push ups, you need to be able to do them strict first.  If you can complete 5-10 strict handstand push ups to the depth you're attempting, you can kip.  Why strict?  Being able to lower your head to the ground is important.  Falling onto your head and landing sideways increases your potential for a traumatic injury.  Strength first!
