Find your sumo deadlift 1 RM

2 Rounds
1a) 10 barbell lateral lunges
1b) 50 DB sidebends

"Death by deadlift"
Minute 1 complete 1 deadlift (225/155)
Minute 2 complete 2 deadlifts
Minute 3 complete 3 deadlifts
Continue in this fashion until you cannot complete all the work in that minute

100 banded hamstring curls
