Even minutes: 5 Ring Dips + 5 burpees
Odd minutes: 10 DB squat cleans (40/25) Rx+ (50/35)

100 banded tricep press downs

Tip of the Day
You will be shocked at how much more demanding DB squat cleans are over barbell squat cleans.  The extra stability required for the DB's will make them seem heavier than the barbell.  Being more efficient and eliminating unnecessary movement will make the DB squat clean easier.
