Tip of the Day
Toes to bar require an equal combination of core strength and total body flexibility.  If you struggle stringing them together, start with knees to elbow.  As soon as your legs reach full extension, tell yourself to GO and fire them right back up.  Once you complete 3 consecutive knees to elbow, on rep number 4, kick the bar.
