Tip of the Day
When it's this hot, hydration levels are important.  We all know that.  However, while drinking plenty of water is common sense, eating right when it's hot might not be.  Salt is an important part of your survival.  Too much water can strip your body of salt and be just as dangerous, if not more, than dehydration.  Eating properly throughout the day will ensure that your sodium levels remain in check.
